     We have a call out service that is of the highest professional standard and will rectify your problems without needing a pocket full of cash just for the call out fee (don’t have one). Here at Gibbon Online you only pay for the services you receive without any surcharges or hidden extras, and if required we will give an estimate up front although this could be subject to change in certain circumstances.

     

    Gibbon Online has a network installation, support and repair service that is not evidential with any other Network provider.

     We can install networks from 2 systems to 2000 systems with various features and disciplines. We also install Wireless networks both internal and external.

     Our network installation can include benefits like network printers, network data storage, shared or secure user accounts, data backup facilities, and much more.

     VOIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) can also be incorporated into the network features possibly offering additional lines.

     We can also do a full analysis of your network infrastructure security and ensure it is of a high standard and tolerate to possible security threats.

     Internet Protocol Digital Surveillance camera systems can be installed and set up to make that important office or workplace more secure and digitally controlled making the quality and retrieval of data to a much higher standard.

     For those clients outside the North East area we have an alternative to resolving computer issues and problems. Gibbon Online provides a remote assistance package, once installed makes it possible for Gibbon Online to access your system without being present.
