Every visit we make it is policy that the client receives a copy of our client feedback form within 7 days of the appointment. We request this to be completed by the client and returned to us. We take the details and comments in these feedback forms very seriously and we make sure any changes takes place if required.
You can be assured that if you either use Gibbon Online or pass our name onto a contact we will provide nothing but World class service.
We explain everything at the beginning and possible extras that may be incurred but we do not spring extras or commission charges, no hidden extras.
We believe in charging the client for the services they received and do not charge minimum or set call out charges.
All clients will be invoiced if required and full receipt and explanation letter on payment.
